Have you ever dreamed of opening your own business or becoming an entrepreneur?
If you answered yes, don’t miss In-TAC’s Immigrant Entrepreneur Corner 2015 on Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 at the RA Centre – Canada Room. Doors will open at 8:15 am. The event will run until 12:30 pm.
In-TAC’s goal is to bring together business development resources from the Ottawa/Gatineau area, established immigrant entrepreneurs who have successfully started their own companies in Canada, and newcomer professionals and students who are interested in starting their own business but have no idea where to start.
There will be two panel presentations. The first will feature local business development resource providers who will present the services they offer and explain how they help new entrepreneurs develop their business ideas.The second panel will consist of testimonials of inspiring immigrant entrepreneurs who have established businesses in Ottawa and are succeeding! They will share their journey into entrepreneurship and offer advice and tips on starting a business in Canada.
There will also be 15 booths of exhibitors who will showcase their programs, resources and be open to answering aspiring entrepreneurs’ questions. There will be plenty of time for networking between and after presentations.
