This program is very well designed for immigrants. The practical exercises improved my communication skills. I really appreciate the program's variety of locations, flexible schedule (according to our needs) and the high quality delivery of classes.

The In-TAC mentoring program is unique in Ottawa. Its focus is applied skills that relate directly to the job search process. Its approach, to train the mentors and the protégés together, is inclusive and ensures that both partners in the mentoring process have a common approach and focus.
