 The successful candidate will assist with a wide variety of HR functions and projects, providing support to the Human Resources team and report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing general HR support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team in a growth-oriented company.

This is a 12-month contract position.

  • Liaising with our Headquarters in China
  • HR related administrative tasks and responsibilities such as departmental filing, general updates to HR materials, arranging various meetings and booking of meeting rooms
  • Maintaining accuracy of internal HRIS system by keeping all employee details up to date
  • Performing bonus administrative function
  • Preparing HR documents and reports
  • Assisting with implementation of HR administrative policies and procedures
  • Initial contact for general HR inquiries
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Strong English and Mandarin written and communication skills
  • 2+ years of administrative/HR experience
  • College or University diploma/degree in HRM or BA an asset
  • Strong interest in working in Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external
  • Strong, positive attitude with team spirit
  • Computer & systems savvy and proficient with MS Office
