• Support employee relations matters alongside business managers and HR Business Partners
• Support and follow up on complex claims related to investigations, corrective actions and concerns
• Execute employee relation related policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency

Support to HR Business Partners:
• Support with deployment of the HR management cycle (develop presentations, extract data, prepare reports, analyze data, coordinate activities, support with logistics, communications)
• Support with Business Lines restructuration (extract data, coordinate activities, support with communications)
• Support on employee performance issues such as development of performance improvement plans (PIPS) or warning letters
• Perform exit interviews


• Bachelor in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Employee Relations
• CHRP/CHRL designation
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, specifically related to employee relations
• Demonstrated understanding of Employment Standards Act, Ontario
• Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally
• Solid knowledge of human resource functional areas and policies/practices
