Description
  • Perform a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of PC, workstations, network hardware and software in a LAN and stand-alone environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer related issues
  • Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure
  • Enforce health and safety policies and practices
  • Facility infrastructure management
  • Inventory inspection and maintenance
  • Create and maintain detailed system and network documentation
  • Analyze reports and provide relevant information to management to assist with high level decision making
  • Perform other tasks assigned.
