  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy for both short-term and long-term success
  • Daily monitoring of on-site and off-site SEO factors that impact qualified lead generation, rank, and traffic
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising, rank, and content in order to help capture lost traffic and optimize competitor positioning
  • Collaborate with Communications, and all channels that impact, to execute a strategy for online reputation management (ORM) (Capterra, Social Media, and other reviews)
  • Develop and implement link building strategy and work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on-page and back-end
  • Research and provide content recommendations for organic SEO success, specifically recommending ideal options for title tags, headings, URLs, etc.
  • Optimize meta copy, meta-data and meta tags of web pages for search engine optimization
  • Work with content marketing to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • 5+ years experience working in a similar role, specifically in a web role
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or information technology, or a combination of education and experience in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and blogging;
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
  • In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, SpyFu)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize complex systems
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
